New Constitution By May 27- UDMF
Kathmandu, May 24: A meeting of the United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) stressed on promulgating the new constitution based on identity by May 27.
The meeting held at Singha Durbar today decided that there was no alternative to promulgating the new constitution within May 27 by forging national consensus on the disputed issues seen in the constitution writing.
After the meeting, General Secretary of the UDMF, Jitendra Dev blamed that the CPN-UML and the Nepali Congress are in need of power than timely constitution, Dev said that it will be against the five-point agreement if the Prime minister tenders the resignation.
